Mushrooms and Slugs
I went outside after it rained on Labour Day.

Some mushrooms on the elm tree on the boulevard in front of our house.

More mushrooms. A guy on a bike with a Spanish accent harvested the mushrooms a couple of years ago. He said his wife makes salsa with them.

A slug on one of our marigolds. That's about as big as they get here. Yeah, I know, they're much bigger in BC.
